The training is planned as a total of 12 lesson hours, 4 hours each on 3 weekdays, between 19.00-22.15, and will be carried out via Zoom. Participants will be given a Certificate of Participation at the end of the course.

Course Objectives

To provide information about production stages, flow and project planning applications in shipbuilding process.

Participant Features

The course is open to all local and foreign public institutions, commercial companies or private individuals. But trainees are expected to be shipyard managers, project managers, Naval Architect and Marine Engineers, relevant entrepreneurs, and at least a graduate level students in any engineering field.

• Management Theory in Shipbuilding; Planning and Production/Work Organization and Control
• Shipyard Management Processes; Ship Acquisition (Shipbuilding) and Ship Repair,
• Project Planning Techniques; CPM and PERT Methods,
• Shipbuilding Main Process; Manufacturing Stages and Flow of the production stages, applications on Project Planning
• Project Planning Examples in Shipbuilding.
