Masters and Deck Officers Competency Assessment

The Assessment lasts 8 class hours, taking place on weekdays between 09.00 and 16.45 on one day and is conducted face to face. The sessions last 45 minutes, with five-minute breaks in between. Shipping companies will receive a staff competency assessment report for each participant at the end of the assessment.

Depending on the requirements of the shipping companies, the possible reactions and decisions of masters, chief mates and deck officers in the context of their duties on the bridge will be assessed in bridge simulators with our assessors within the scenarios according to the criterias specified in relevant documents.
