| Implementation of Program | The online (zoom) course will last for 12 hours, with 4-hour sessions scheduled on weekdays between 19.00 and 22.15, for three consecutive days. Lessons last 45 minutes, with five-minute breaks in between. Participants will be given a Certificate of Participation at the end of the course. |
| Course Objectives | Each activity may require spending some money to reduce its duration by one time unit. The goal depends on the project manager’s ability to choose the least cost activity. Because he/she may need to increase one or all of the resources to reduce it by one time unit, and this change continues in the rest of the network. This causes an increase in cost. The goal of this course is to include discussions on what could be the most appropriate approaches to complete the changes in the project plan with the most appropriate/most favorable cost increase, depending on the project managers’ decision. |
| Participant Features | The course is open to all local and foreign public institutions, commercial companies or private individuals supported. No specific qualification is required for the course, but trainees are expected to be at least a graduate level in any engineering field. The course is conducted in Turkish and/or English (depends on the trainees requirements), and foreign trainees are expected to have a good understanding and speaking level of English language |
