| Implementation of Program | The theoretical sessions are scheduled for 5 weekdays, with 4 class hours per day, from 19:00 to 22:15, totaling 20 class hours. The theoretical classes will be conducted via the Zoom platform. Each class hour consists of 45 minutes, with 5-minute breaks between sessions. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Participation. |
| Course Objectives | To provide participants with a practical understanding of integrated Risk Management and Contract Management in shipbuilding projects, enabling them to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage contractual, technical, and project risks effectively. |
| Participant Features | Graduates of any engineering department from universities in Turkey or abroad – holding at least a bachelor’s degree (BSc). All personnel working in shipbuilding activities in shipyards/workshops in Turkey and abroad. University students studying in engineering faculties. |
