Each lesson time is 45 minutes, and the breaks are 5 minutes each. At the end of the training, participants will receive a ‘‘Certificate of Participation”.

| Syllabus | Day 1: Theoretical explanations for planning and conducting engine room operations with the goal of improving engine room teamwork, as well as elements affecting safe operations in the engine room, human factor, error chain analysis, situational awareness, Chief Engineer – Engine Officer – Personel relations, leadership, engine room organization, effective communication, emergency procedures, crisis management, stress and fatigue management, decision-making processes, workload management, human relations and teamwork.
Day 2 and Day 3: Scenario Applications. Totally, 4 different scenarios will be implemented and the trainees will receive 2 of them on the second day and the other 2 of them on the third day. A briefing will be conducted before each scenario and afterward, de-briefing will be conducted
