| Implementation of Program | The theoretical sessions are scheduled for 5 weekdays, with 4 class hours per day, from 19:00 to 22:15, totaling 20 class hours. The theoretical classes will be conducted via the Zoom platform. Each class hour consists of 45 minutes, with 5-minute breaks between sessions. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Participation. |
| Course Objectives | A contract is a legal document representing a mutual agreement between parties. Within a specific framework, a contract defines restrictions on certain matters and outlines how the parties will behave and what they will do during the process. However, during the contract execution process, a real-life project may never be completed exactly as planned due to uncertainties in certain areas. Upon completion of this course, participants will further develop their communication and analytical skills in matters related to shipbuilding contracts. |
| Participant Features | Graduates of any engineering department from universities in Türkiye or abroad – holding at least a bachelor’s degree (BSc). All personnel working in shipbuilding activities in shipyards/workshops in Türkiye and abroad. University students studying in engineering faculties. |
